Wholesaling is a trade in itself and at Skelmersdale Electrical Distributors Ltd we have a team that possesses an incredible depth of knowledge of this business. Our customers know that if they have a problem or a query, they can call us in to analyse the problem and provide the solution, a service that the big players just do not offer.

David has worked for a large national electrical wholesaler and has gained a lot of experience over the years, David has done most roles from the start of his career from stores/warehouse then progressed to internal sales and on to assistant manager and then external sales rep.
In 2010 David started working for Skelmersdale electrical distributors and took the step as branch manager and controls all aspects Of the day to day running of business.
At the start of this year 2019 David alongside Blake day manager of the Blackpool branch both completed a management buyout of Blackpool electrical traders and Skelmersdale electrical distributors.
Andrew Bell

Andrew Bell is our Skelmersdale branch assistant manager, Andrew has a wealth of knowledge in which he has acquired over the last 16 years. Andrews background started with a large national electrical wholesaler until 2015 when he became a very valuable asset to the team here at SED.
Andrews day to day duties involve the running of the branch and its staff making sure the customer needs are met.

Sue our company secretary (centre) is like the mother of the business and has been instrumental in the success and growth of the company over the years. Sues communication and business skills are vital to the everyday running of the business making her a very important member of the team. Sue works alongside customers and suppliers on a daily basis making sure all their requirements are met.
Alongside Sue we have dawn (left) and Katrina (right) who form the accounts team these ladies are the cogs in the business and play a vital part on keeping the business running as smooth as it is today.
Robert Davis

Robert is an asset to our internal sales team and works closely with assistant manager Andrew bell and managing director David Fildes to head up the sales and growth of the business, Roberts duties don’t stop there, alongside Andrew bell he maintains stocks to provide sufficient levels to service our customer needs.
Robert also routes and maintains constant deliveries are met on time through our fleet of vans working closely with our customers so the job can be completed on time.

John is the face of Skelmersdale electrical he is the front line response for meeting the deliveries and maintaining the last line of the relationship between the customer and SED, johns duties also involve collecting goods from suppliers and checking off and on the van goods so all paperwork and signatures are maintained.
